ShawContract introduces itself to the Czech market

It may be a newcomer to the Czech market, but globally Shaw Industries is a respected manufacturer with a history that dates back to 1967. Since then, the company has grown, innovated and strengthened its position in all major flooring segments, from carpet to wood and vinyl flooring.

The company started its own yarn production in the 1980s and has continued to lead the way with the development of its own nylon recycling system in 2006 and the introduction of modern technologies and solutions such as Floorté waterproof surfaces and the LifeGuard protection system in 2015.

Shaw is also a leader in sustainability - in 2010 it built a facility to generate energy from recycled carpet and invested in the largest plastic bottle recycling facility in the US.

Since 2013, the company has expanded its presence in Asia, Europe and Latin America, where it has opened manufacturing facilities and showrooms. Since 2024, it has also been available to customers in the Czech market thanks to the representation of the BOCA Group.
