Reconstruction of the historic building
The history of the Hybský Palace, built in a Art Nouveau style, dates back to 1904, when the Hybský family bought it at auction from its builder Josef Krudenc. In 1948 the palace was nationalized and did not return to its owners until after the Revolution. Nowadays, the interiors and partly the exteriors (outdoor terraces of the palace) have been completely renovated, the building is home to various institutions and private tenants (e.g. Bageterie Boulevard, Equa bank, etc.) and some rooms are still available for rent.
