SimpLay vinyl flooring with high durability

The main investor in this project is the creative agency WMC Gray, which is based in the modern Visionary building in Holešovice, Prague. Not every company has a running track on the roof or its own bike shed underground, but our task was to focus on completely different areas.

It was necessary to solve over 1000 m2 of floor space on two floors so that the flooring would meet the requirements for these administrative premises. Although the load on floors is, of course, less than in public buildings or shopping centers, there is still a need to choose a solution that does not compromise between design and durability.

Durable and beautiful SimpLay vinyl flooring 

As the ideal solution, we chose the Expona SimpLay vinyl flooring with American Oak decor, which with its pleasantly warm shade fits perfectly into interiors furnished mainly in white, black and gray. Also it was not difficult to match the decor of the floor with the wooden furniture located in the relaxation and dining areas.

SimpLay vinyl tiles meet the highest classes of durability for all types of spaces (23, 34 and 43), so they are always a great choice for offices.

SimpLay vinyl flooring is from the category of so-called self-laying floors - these tiles do not have to be glued to the substrate, but thanks to their higher weight and special backing, they can only be laid on fixation. The advantage is faster installation, undamaged solid substrate or possible easier replacement of tiles.
