Floors in luxury apartments Spessart

Hotel carpets have been part of our range from the very beginning, so for us the premises of the Spessart apartments in Chomutov represented a welcome revival of a long-term experience.

We selected the floor coverings for the 33 rooms of the Chomutov apartment complex Spessart mainly with regard to the comfort they are supposed to provide and the load they have to withstand at the same time.

The final choice was the Golden Gate contract carpet with a distinctive pattern in dark blue and gray shades.

In combination with the simple design of the apartments, in which wood and white color predominate, the floor acts as a contrasting element, which should give the interior playfulness and color.

Carpets were installed not only in the rooms and in the corridors (here in the form of runners to highlight the side lighting at the floor), but also on the stairs. A semicircular coir cleaning zone was installed at the entrance to trap dirt and moisture.

In all areas (with the exception of the staircase), floor underlays have been installed under the carpet - their function is not only to increase walking comfort (it is softer), but also to guarantee a longer service life of the carpet itself. The level of sound and thermal insulation in the rooms has also increased significantly thanks to the underlays.
